Code of Conduct¶
Q-agent is a learning environment as well as an open-source project. Everyone participating in issues, discussions, reviews, course activities, and related community spaces is expected to help make it respectful and constructive.
Expected behavior¶
- Be respectful, patient, and specific when giving feedback.
- Critique ideas and code, not people.
- Welcome questions and different levels of experience.
- Credit collaborators and data or research sources.
- Respect privacy, licensing, academic-integrity rules, and course policies.
- Accept maintainer decisions about scope, safety, and repository standards.
Unacceptable behavior¶
Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexualized attention, personal attacks, doxxing, deliberate disclosure of private information, plagiarism, and repeated disruption are not acceptable.
Reporting and enforcement¶
Course participants should report conduct concerns to the instructor through
the course's official private channel. Other contributors may use the
private repository reporting form
and prefix the title with Conduct report. Do not post sensitive conduct reports
in public issues or discussions.
Maintainers may edit or remove contributions, restrict participation, or ban a participant when behavior is unsafe or persistently disruptive. Reports will be handled as privately as practical, consistent with safety and institutional requirements.
